This Declaration will enable the Trust to recover income tax and should only be completed if you are a tax payer. You are able to cancel this authority if your circumstances change.
Declaration I confirm that I am a tax payer and authorise Hampshire and the Islands Historic Churches Trust to recover Income Tax at the Standard Rate on all my recorded gifts to its funds from 6th April 2000, which from that date are to be treated as Gift Aid donations, until this authority is cancelled in writing.
